    What is a good way to relieve stress?
    My mother works very hard and he comes home stressed with a tense back, headache, burning eyes and etc she got gallstones fro beig stressed and had them removed but there is a possibility they can come back and I don't want to see my mother in pain(=

    Aww, I'm sorry about that. But give her massages, make her smile, do nice things for clean stuff like the house, just make her happy so she won't be so stressed over work. :) I hope I helped.
