Hello I am 33 yr old male. My dog is prescribed Fluoxetine for his behavior. 40mg capsules. I grabbed wrong bottle and accidentally took two of them back in October or 2011 and reacted negatively to them. 80mg. That night I did not sleep and my heart rate was over 100 all night at rest. The next few nights my thinking was irrational at times. Was not a pleasant experience. Since then I have had a few panic attacks and was prescribed Lorazepam which I took off and on for less than 4 months. I stopped taking them as I also did not like the side effects of drug. Since all this has happened there have been many many times that I just felt like I was losing my mind, almost all at nighttime, and the nights I don't feel this feeling I'm anticipating this horrible feeling coming back again. Even if the night is going well and I fall asleep quickly I might wake up later and begin to think about it. It is consuming my evening and bedtime thoughts. I would say my biggest fear is that I will continue to live my life like this forever. Thanks for your help
