    Could I be pregnant?
So, I haven't had a period yet since just finishing breast feeding with my 10mth old. I did have deep pains and thought I was getting my period and my husband and I had sex 2 days before this. I think it was ovulation and now when I would expect a period a few weeks later, nothing but terrible cramps for a week... any thoughts? Should I test if I'm preggas?

Sometimes periods can go dry for one or two months and then come back. I would check that your vitamin levels are healthy, and that your hormone levels are balanced. Of course a quick pregnancy test could also give you a hint to tell you if you might be pregnant!

Try a pregnancy test. Since ovulation occurs before a period, it does happen that a woman becomes pregnant again after having given birth without seeing a period first.

It could also be your cycles are still adjusting after recently ending breastfeeding. See what you get on a test.
