    Please help me!! I do masturbation daily two or three times... I want to stop this.
    What can I do?? I got sooo much sex feelings daily every time... than I can't control myself an do masturbation... to do this I remove my energy... I want to stop thesa... what can I do.. plesse give me advie...

    You just stop, sorry, it is a matter of self control, go for a walk, answer questions on here, play video games, Sorry you have to decide to keep your hands off yourself.

    Exercise, sports. You have too much time sitting around. But some people just have more hormones than others. There's nothing wrong with it unless it bothers you.
