    Journal Entries
    If someone signed a 12 months contract with a mobile phone company. He pay $100 per month ($50 is the call cost and $50 is the handset cost) to get a new mobile. (this is a non-cancellable contract and the cost for the mobile phone company to purchase this phone is $80)
