    Got deported and my green card taken away
    I was deported 4yrs ago for alien smuggling. I had a green card and lived in the US for more than 15yrs. I had a couple criminal cases but no aggravated assaults. My mom is a us citizen would she be able to help me go back or is there a way that I can fight my case from mexico

    You hire a immigration attorney but it is doubtful with the charges you had, that you will be allowed to return.
