    I wanted to find out if I would be able to have my husband adopt my children my ex I was never married to that is the father of my kids wants nothing to do with them, if he would give up all rights to them can he adopt them as his own?

    Yes, your husband can adopt if the father is willing. The father will need to be contacted for his permission.
