Arm and leg muscle pain
For the last six months the muscles in my lower arms have been extremely painful. The pain sometimes wakes me at night. In the last two weeks I have started having muscle spasms in the calves of my legs. The pain limits my ability to walk and the calves of my legs continue to hurt and are tender to the touch. I am 84 years old and have always been very active. This problem is ruining my bowling game.
I have liver disease, so am limited in what pain medication I can take. My diet is made up of fresh vegetables and fruit, with low sodium and low saturated fat foods. My Dr. has been of little help, as I do not wish to take muscle relaxers. Suggestions? |

Guys this muscle behind the thighs its give a sevre bad puling pain and it only happens if the muscle is compressed... otherwise there is no pain, can someone please advice because it's a terrible inner pain each time I try to press that muscle, I have never witness this before Thanks
I been having pain in my arms and legs the pain goes in circles it starts from my right arm then my right leg then my left leg then my left arm. I don't know what it is the feeling of it is like numbness and cold like if I have an IV on me and it tingles but it hurts so bad I can't sleep at night....
