I am trying to find a name of a movie (Italian, Spanish)about a teenage boy with pimples in face lives with his sister and his father who is most of the time absent in the movie,the sister lives away from him for some sexual harassment from her father, and there is an american girl who shows up in the movie to (who looks like Racheal Weisz) that shows naked in a swimming pool, what I can recall from the movis that its not a triller as much its social movie, one of the scenes, you see the old man in an old military defense tower having hardcore with the sister who ends up crying. The boy who lives the conflict of all what is going on around him, I watched this movie in the later 1990's and I assume its not before that.
