What did UKBA does to check the salary of employee applying under tier 2 general?
I am currently on TIER1 (post study work). My employer got the sponsership license and willing to apply for CoS for me and while filling the CoS online we came to know that the salary of employee should be according to code of practice guidelines.
My questions are: if someone doesn't meet that criteria, whar are the other ways for employee to get CoS? what are the documents need to send to UKBA for the VISA if a person granted CoS? how long the salary of the employee matches with Code of Practice guidelines? Thanks Ajay |
