    Smoking With Asthma
    I have bronchial asthma. When I smoke a cigarette, I get lightheaded and shaky. Why is that?

    Because you already have breathing issues and smoking puts smoke, not O2 in your lungs.

    It normally should , or at least soon, start trigger asthma attacks.
