I am 36 weeks pregnant and I dyed my hair around 6 months pregnancy, form brown to redder. I researched it before I did it, because I was worried also, but studies showed that dying your hair during pregnancy is not as harmful as most people think. You can Google it. It doesn't have enough chemicals to seriously affect your baby or even get into the bloodstream, so I did it and my little one is still kicking, lol. I have two other babies whom I also dyed my hair while pregnant with, and they're fine. The only thing I will say though is that if you want to go to blonde, use hair color without bleach and use the most natural hair dye you can, like the new going green types, but I WOULD NOT use bleach! Also.. make sure you have a lot of ventilation when dying because it isn't good to breathe that stuff in! Good luck :)
