    calorie counting
100 gm of milk contains 60Kcal, i.e.60000 Calories (from data). A man needs 3000 Calories a day, it will be more than adequate if he consumes just 100gms of milk a day.

I wonder, is it a problem of units and conversion? We read Kcal units on food packagings, which indicates quite high values than general requirement.

I will be thankful, if anybody can help me to understand.
