    Mitchell Lama Coops
    If you want to sell your mitchell lama coop and do not owe any money will you get all of your money back when it is sold or after 3 months whichever comes first?

    When a unit is sold the new owner pays the cost of the stock. That cost is then passed to the previous owner. How long it takes may depend on the development.
