    Family violence Stature of limitations
    If one goes to jail on family violent charge and gets out, is there a statue of limitations on when they have to go to court. IN GEORGIA. Been year & 1/2 and still haven't been called or notified about going to court.

    Were formal charges filed against you? Or as this just an arrest and then they let you go without filing anything?
