    Go to the Profile link in the upper right.

    From there Look at the section(s) for New Alerts and/or New Topic Alerts. Under each one you should see an Unsubscribe link.

    PS. Also, there is a link in the email notifications that will quickly unsubscribe you from the two threads that you are subscribed to here at AskMeHelpDesk.com
