I think that my nutritious and calories are not good for health for three days.
In fact, I like pizza and hamberger. Also, I like coke and coffee. So, I feel that I am getting fat now. Actually, I learn a lot of thing from this homework. When I eat something, I didn’t care about calories but I have to care about calories because I am getting fat now. Actually, I am Korean so I was always eat something like rice and Kimchi. As you know, Kimchi is vegetable so it is helpful for my health. However, I always eat like a Pizza, Hamberger, and I enjoyed fast food after came to America. So, I am getting fat. I know that Beef with gravy and butter have a lot of calories and these are caused of getting fat. Remember, add-ons like cheese, dressing and oil have lots of hidden calories and fat, so use them sparingly for the most nutritious meal. Foods and beverages like these are high in sugar and calories, so I have to exercise everyday if I don’t want to getting fat. Actually, I have some habit because I tend to eat something at night. I will try to Low-calorie foods it I want to snack, eat those. Also, I will quit to drink coke because coke are heavy on carbohydrates and calories. Proper nutrition is essential to maintain my health I try to eat three nutritious meals everyday and should eat nutritious meals to keep myself health.
