How do I remove my freeloading brother from my parents home ?
My freeloading brother has completely financially exploited my incapable parents. I have just been named Conservator/Guardian of my parents and they are in a Nursing Home. No bills are in his name. There is no rental agreement and he has never paid them rent. Do I have to go through the "eviction" process even though he is not a tenant but rather a "Squatter". HELP

You evict him according to the laws of your State - unless he broke a window, climbed through it and set up camp.

Legal eviction is the way to go.

Why do you believe he's a squatter?
