I was pregnant and then had a miscarriage and the lab values showed not pregnant. Now I am pregnant and the doctor says I'm only a month and I look like 4 or 5 months pregnant is it possiibly to be pregnant with twins and not know it and miscarry one and the other one hide. Help please I'm so confused
