    Could I be pregnant?
I started taking Provera (the pill) on the 22nd of March. Was told to take it for 10 days, so on the 31st of March I stopped. However, my cycle never started. I have been having cramping like I'm on my cycle, but no blood. Also, I have been having lower back pain. I took a pregnancy test last week on my lunch break, but it was negative. It is now the 22nd of April and I now have slight cramping along with very light pinkish blood. I'm confused could I be pregnant, but just tested to soon? Please help, I really hope I am!

It's possible, but only a positive pregnancy test will confirm it. The cramping may have been due to the Provera. Wait another week and see what happens with this recent bleeding. See if it becomes more like a period or if it stops. After a week, you could try another pregnancy test if still no actual period. Be sure to follow the directions carefully.
