    Theft under $5000
I was given a promise to appear in court on the charges of theft under 5000. I am 18 years old, this is my first offence and I am extremely remorseful. What are my options ? How should I proceed with this? What is the likelihood that I can complete a diversion program or get a discharge so I do not have a criminal record for the rest of my life.
