I have a problem with my wall Air Conditioner. When I turn it on I hear a 1 or 2 second low buzz (like the compressor is trying to start) but it doesn't go. Then about 3 seconds later it tries again (very low buzz), and again 3 seconds later and so on... Does this sound like a bad capacitor or blown compressor to anyone?

I would certainly start by checking the capacitor.
