    My lower stomach hurts after having rough sex I had blood in my urine what's wrong
    Is it possible he could have damaged something .

    It's possible that you have a bladder infection, or UTI. It could also be due to irritation of the cervix from the rough sex. Are you spotting or having light bleeding other than when you urinate? If it is from the sex, it should subside in a day or two. If it is due to a possible infection, it will continue and you will want to see your doctor.
