> I need your advise as I and my husband are facing some difficulty in Canada.
> My husband and me we came to Canada for my husband's H1b stamping and unfortunately the consulor gave my husband a white slip and said that your case  requires administrative processing and we will notify you through email to send your passport once you are visa is approved. 
> I want to know if  my husband can travel to india during the duration of administrative processing? And once the consular  sends email to my husband to send the passport, can he send the passport from India and tell any of his friends to collect it back from the local DHl in Canada, that's where the consulate usually sends back the passport after stamping.
