CA dissomaster calculation of Spousal Support
My ex-husband and I were married for 24 years. I was awarded by the L.A. superior court life-long support which was decided upon for many reason including the length of the marriage and I am disabled. My ex's income varies somewhat from year to year and it was decided that, rather than keep going to court, we would simply use the dissomaster to decide Spousal Support.

This year his income is $200,000 - 53,000 (operating expenses for his biz, and other associated mandatory fees). So that is $147,000 net. What should my Spousal Support payments be according to the CA dissomaster?

There is much more to it then what your thinking. And to post all the info needed wouldn't be in your best interest as it would be too much information. Your better off going online and running the numbers yourself.
