    I have a lithograph signed and numbered by Victor Hugo. Trying to get information.
    I am looking for information regarding this lithograph by Victor Hugo that I have. Since the Collectors' Guild, Ltd. Is no longer in existence, where can I go to
    Get it authenicated. (It does have the Collectors' Guild, Ltd. Authenication
    On the back).
