    You can buy jerome russel bleach and 40 vol peroxide but apply to end first and then up towards the roots it WILL be orange with prob yellow roots so u will need a dark ish colour to cover up the orange, to get to the colour u want u may need to take a few months to reach it and it WILL damage your hair
