Can my girlfriend wear a sports bra in day to day life..
    She has bust size 32

Sports bras are designed to give extra support during physical activity, but many women find them more comfortable and wear them as every day undergarments. In this case the bust size is not as important as the cup size. A 32 bust is likely to have a smaller cup (C or smaller) which would require less support.

I can't imagine any long term affects or problems with doing this. Moreover, I'm wondering what you think is the problem.

Seeing as she's wanting a sports bra for support, I get the impression she has larger breasts that get heavy on her back (as a 32F, I feel her pain)

She's fine to wear one if it's more comfortable.

She wear a regular everyday and its not giving her problems.. it was just that, that she was thinking to switch over to sports bra as it was more comfortable..
So she just asked me about it.. I searched the net to look for any complications..
One site said that they make breasts saggy so I thought of putting up the ques..
That's y I want to know if there are any negative effects of wearing sports bra in daily life

The type of bra worn has nothing to do with rather or not breasts sag. It's a myth.
