What type of computer are you using? Apple or IBM?

If you are using an IBM compatible PC, and only have Windows 98 or earlier, then your out of luck, you need to install Windows 2000 or XP or Vista.

If you are using an Apple MAC, then you need the Apple version of iTunes.
