My maytag refrigerator won't make ice and the water despenser won't let me get water. Water don't come out.

It sounds like you have a clogged filter or water line. Take off the rear panel (after unplugging unit) and you will be able to see where water line enters water valves. (While you have the cover off clean the coils with spray soap and water from a water hose spray nozzle as dirt will also keep it from making ice, not now maybe, but later.) The water either goes into a filter first or straight into the valves. If it goes straight into the valves, turn off water and unhook water line, then crack water valve at source and see if you have water flow. You want it very clean around these valves, so do this after cleaning coils. If you have water you will next want to check the solenoids with an ohm meter. You should read a few kilo-ohms between the two terminals on each solenoid, like 2-3000 ohms. If they check out then you need to look further for the blockage, but any problem that exists you should find at the valve or at a filter. Make sure to replace the rear and front covers before plugging in your refrigerator or it will overheat. Clean the air vents on rear cover well.
