I have been experiencing abdominal pains for several months and extreme bloating but I get my period every month on time. I'm tired a lot more and moody more often than normal .

You'll really need to try a test or see a doctor for a test to know for certain. Although not an actual period, some women will have some bleeding in pregnancy sometimes believing it to be their period.

Can someone purchase one for you and get it to you? Do you go into a town for shopping and can purchase one there?

Since pregnancy would only be one possibility, since you have been having pain for several months now, it would be wise to see your doctor to determine what is the cause... pregnancy or otherwise.
