Hello,
I am getting ready to meet with a big Contractor in the morning to give him my Bid for a Post Construction Cleaning of a 300 room Hotel.
He figures 1hr. per room per cleaning. 300 hrs total.
I am thinking $17.50/hr.
My man Hrs.
How should I do this Bid?

Need much more information.

Quick question; Do you have to just do the 300 rooms? I am sure that you will have hallways/corridors, other common areas, lobbies, etc. Do you have the complete square footage of this job, that would be necessary. Also do you have any equipment cleaning involved such as the kitchen areas/windows, etc?

Get the total cleanable sq ft to start this bid. And a list of the specifications as to exactly what is required and expected.

Also, if you get this job and there is progressive cleaning ( one area at a time) that after you clean each area walk it with the job sup and get a sign off sheet completed as they may have other trades that will work in the area/s that you have already cleaned and will want you to go back possibly at no other pay.
