    Is there a form for felony probation rental landloard knowledgement that I can find so that my landlord can sign it and not wright it

    If you need PROOF of residency, get a written lease or rental agreement.

    Yes, your question is not 100 percent clear, if you need to prove a residence or place you will live , that is normally a receipt for rent, a lease or rental agreement.
    If your PO wants a form, he should supply it and you can ask the PO
