    My mother in law want full custody but I want joint custody
    "mother in law wants full custody and won't bend... im the father and want 50 pecent custudy of my son. I don't wonna sign my son over and loose him

    First ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    Second, what does your mother in law have to do with things. Custody issues are generally between the parents, not the grandparents.
