    She is a resident and must be treated as though she is paying rent. You need to follow Ohio laws regarding serving notice to vacate. Landlord and Tenant Rights and Duties Under Ohio Law In this case you are her landlord so don't expect your actual LL to be of any help in the matter

    You can never just kick out someone who lives with you. As noted she is a resident and has to be removed legally. Give her 30 days written notice to vacate. If she isn't out by the deadline, then go to court for an eviction order.
