Rented home was foreclosed and been here 7 years
I started renting a house that I didn't know the owners were'nt making the payments on. I signed a lease for a year and after that time they said they were losing the house and we could stay here as long as we could rent free until the house was sold. It has been 7 years now. We would like to but the house ourselves but lack the means at this time. Now after all this time the owner is trying to make a short sale on this house which is a secondary home. I'm disabled and my partner is a veteran, do we have any rights or options?
