    Unknown Childhood movie please help
    I couldn't remember the name of a movie I watched when I was a kid and I didn't understand what the movie was all about. The movie was a little frightening and gloomy at the same time. All I remembered were some scenes from the film(live actors, not animated). There was one part in the beginning of the movie where the characters had to make it across the swamp. And to do that, they had to be careful by stepping on some rocks to make it across. At some moment, one of the rocks started to bubble up and down as they threaded on them. I remembered there was a female character as well.

    Later in the movie, they ended up in a gray stony town where there was an earthquake if I am not mistaken, and there were also people throwing huge stones down from their windows. And the characters had to escape from that place.

    Could anyone name this movie?

    Cat1864 is correct - absolutely, undeniably Labyrinth... the bubbling rocks was when they were stuck in the "Bog Of Eternal Stench'... if you touched the bog - you would stink forever!!
    Love, love, love that movie...
