    Serious problem
    I bought a home on a 3yr land contract, I was recently assaulted by the person that sold me the home, there mad about the vaule of the property going up considerably sents the land contract was signed and they want the home back, all my payments have been made on time and I have documented my injurys, but the persons name is still on the deed to the home, Can I get a restraning order to keep this person off the property? What can I do to protect my investment?

    I doubt it. It would depend on the wording of your contract, but without specific terms to the contrary, the seller has the right to inspection at reasonable times and with reasonable notice. How would you be damaged, absent such a restraining order? How would such damage, if any, not be compensatible by an award of money damages? Those are the questions a court would normally want to know when asked to inssue such an order.

    Pay off the contract according to it's terms. Having done that, demand a deed.
