    I have same model and the soap door doesn't open at all, has anyone had this problem?2009

    You may have a bad solenoid, but you will have to test it with an ohm meter. Here are some manuals to help: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8010163/whir...dishwasher.pdf

    Always test with a good meter to find the problem because the problem could be in the timer. You should read about 3000 ohms on the solenoid and nothing to ground; any reading to ground means it's bad.
