    How do I ask my friend/roommate she needs to move out?
    Me and my friend moved into my moms rental house and things are not working. Me and Sammie used to hang out all the time and moving in together had drifted us apart. Recently I have been getting upset because of the house work, like mowing grass. I have mowed since we moved in over 8 months ago. I have asked her to help and she says she will but never does. Secondly, we have seemed to go in two totally different directions. We don't ever see each other and when we do it's awkward. Not only that but when we plan to hang out she decided to invite multipal people over. So the very little time we spend with each other is awkward. I feel like I don't know her anymore. & not that wet have to hang out all time, but we live together it's nice to catch up and hang out. I feel like she's just there to pay rent and also to use only when it's convenient for her (but alcohol) or when all her other friends aren't free. It sucks I feel like I've lost a friend but the whole situation irritates me so bad, I can't think straight. Please help.

    Do you have a lease? Did both of you sign it? Is she up to date with her share of the rent? ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    You don't "ask" her to move, you have to tell her in writing that her tenancy is being terminated.

    However, who does this, when it can be done and how much time she needs to be given depend on the answers to my questions
