Does three strikes only apply in baseball?
My fiancˇ's original charge was burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced to one year probation. The next violation was for failing a drug test and the punishment was reinstation of probation plus an extra year. He now violated again for failing another drug test in June of 2011. He ran away from the situation and got caught. What do you think the new sentence will be in Florida?
