Does a juvenile misdemeaner follow you to another state?
A juvenile is on the run and has a bench warrant out for his arrest he would like to leave the state but doesn't want his juvenile criminal record to follow him

I think that if you have a warrant out for your arrest in any state it will follow you regardless of age. Once you turn 18 the files are sealed unless of course you haven't done the time for said crime.

A warrant for hims arrest is already nation wide, Also his criminal record is available nationwide and is not sealed till he is a adult. Also as long as the warrant stays open ( he is not caught) his record will not seal. If the warrant is not taken care of before he is a adult, he risks the record staying open forever and not sealing.

If the warrant is not served by the time you turn 18 it is not sealed, it is still a open warrant, when caught, the worst punishment is still the sentence that a Juv court would give, but it is very possible that because you were sentenced after you were 18, it would not seal.
