So for about a week, I've had soar breasts. I'm always tired, and have been having pain in my lower stomach, and been getting sick to my stomach. Now I had my period last month for 3 day and the month before for 1 day. With weird spotting before each time. I've taken a test and it says I'm not pregnant. Is there anything else it could be?
