    How to evict a roommate I am disabled
    I am disabled and own my house I have a live in caregiver who has a drinking problem, no lease signed and I have fired her and served her with 15 day eviction notice. She refuses to leave. I can not get a new caregiver until she is out.

    So evict her you file in housing court to evict her.
