    Out of stae 1099
    I live in Va but have a 1099 from a booth I rent in an antique store in PA. Do I need to file a state return in PA as well?

    Generally you do have to file a state income tax return if you earned money while physically present in that state. So yes - you will file a non-resident returm for PA. Note - although PA and VA have reciprocal tax agreements that only applies to wages, not 1099 income.
