I am a girl who has fallen in love with my best friend. He does not love me back but he really really cares a lot for me. Its been a very long time that I am trying to forget him ,been to psychiatrists, psychologists, spiritual leader, tried everything every possible thing but not even a single day passes when I don't cry till my chest aches. I don't know where to go depression is at its peak and it has affected and ruined my life badly. I can never concentrate anywhere. I even lost my job because my boss thought that I remain lost all the time Really in pain. Please help please.

There is no way that guy will be with me. Please DO NOT advise to explain myself or move on.idk.

Let go. I've been in the same position, so believe me when I tell you that you're wasting your energy on trying to force your friend to have feelings for you. Take a break from him, go no contact, that means having absolutely nothing to do with until you're feelings are gone for him. That's what I'm doing now, I miss her, but I know it's the best thing for me.

If you have talked to all those people already then I am sure they told you to accept he just wants friendship, and let go of this idea he will feel more. He won't. What's surprising is that all those doctors have let you suffer frrom your depression, and not treated you for it.

They have, haven't they? You obviously need more time. Sorry I cannot relieve your suffering.
