    W-4 Form Clarification required
I am Married and have not applied for a dependent visa for my spouse, I came to the US in March (mid 2012), and I am going to be in the US till September, no plans of getting my husband here.I do not have kids.

Please clarify as to what should I fill in the Personal Allowances Worksheet

    A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,

3.radio button where it says single/Married/Married but withhold at higher single rate.

How many points do I qualify for?

    Thanks!

If you AND your husband are both working, you BOTH need to over-withhold.

BOTH of you should claim SINGLE status with ONE allowance.

Select SINGLE. Head of Household requires children.
