I was wondering I quit taking birth control a year ago I was on it for about 5 years and my husband and I are wanting a baby yea have been trying for a year and no luck. This month I was waiting on my period sometimes it's a day or 2 off so I did not worry too much when it did not come well the days my period was suppose to be here brown discharge was on my tampons and when I wiped I did not think much about it but it went on for about 4 to 6 days I still have not had my period and its now a week later what is it or what could it be?

Take a pregnancy test. Possibly it's implantation from a fertilized egg. I use pregnancy tests like crack! Can't wait to find out!
