    Help with child support
    I live in miss, I pay 14% child support, when I was aorking at the Casino. Now a full time student. They are still taking 421.00 a month for one child.. my total is 2200.00 a month, and she do not let me claim him on taxes either... help,, me

    Need help

    First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. Since this can cause confusion I've moved your question to its own thread.

    If your income has changed, go back to court and request a modification of your support order.

    First of course you don't claim him on your taxes 14 percent of your pay is not near the cost of caring for the child. The custodial parent claims the child, unless there is some other agreement in court.

    If you are earning less you have to go back to court and get the amount you pay modifided
