    Are you normally fair? My wife has the typical Filipino skin and she turns dark faster than fair-skinned Americans. There are whitening creams that are specially made for Asians. I agree with Chuck. You must get a prescription from your doctor. You may be allergic to an ingredient or group of ingredients in the cream. To achieve better results, my wife don't stop at creams. She first exfoliates with a whitening scrub, then applies whitening astringent on her face, neck, and limbs. She then applies whitening cream on more exposed body parts.

    UVA and UVB rays darken your skin so ask your doctor if he could also prescribe you a sunblock that is safe for you.
